Cold Water Immersion/ Cold Plunge

A cold plunge, also known as cold water immersion or ice bathing, involves immersing the body in cold water, typically between 42°F and 51°F (5°C to 10°C), for a short period. The immersion can last from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on individual tolerance and goals.
